Hi, I'm Andrea, USCCA and NRA certified instructor and owner of C-BAR Defense Training, LLC. I began teaching in 2021, and offer practical firearms courses and training to men and women with a focus on defensive shooting. I aim to provide this at an affordable price in order to help you better protect yourself and your loved ones. I also co-lead the Augusta County chapter of Armed Women of America, a national organization focused on helping women become comfortable and confident to arm and defend themselves. Informative class for both women and men. Andrea and Christy are knowledgeable of handguns and required guidelines for firearms. Definitely recommend class to everyone, even if you think you won't carry concealed...be prepared.
Instructors are knowledgeable, thorough and patient. They tailor the course to the skill level of each student and provide positive feedback. This was my second time taking the course and my wife's first experience. A very pleasant experience for both of us.
Christy and Andrea were beyond knowledgeable, and made learning accessible. They welcomed questions and took the time to listen to students’ needs. I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone.
